Winter is trying to have the last laugh today. Philadelphia is currently getting hit by what could be the biggest snowfall of the winter, but much of the city is still open for business.
If you're heading outside today, safety is paramount. A snow emergency is in effect in the City of Philadelphia and city is recommending using public transit to get where you need to be.
Places like the Philadelphia Flower Show, which is open today and tonight through 9 p.m., is bringing spring-like sights to the city and the Disney-inspired displays are wowing attendees.
U-Bahn, Midtown Village's new underground bar and music venue, opens its doors tonight and promises live music, flowing local brews, local food and much more.

The party will call on the glitz and glamour of Old Hollywood as a theme think photo ops, a red carpet and the VIP treatment.

Grand Opening of U-Bahn
