Pay-What-You-Wish Wednesday at the Philadelphia Museum of Art: Wednesday nights at the Philadelphia Museum of Art are always pay what you wish. P.M. at the Penn Museum Summer Nights Concert Series: Tonight, the Newspaper Taxis, a local Beatles cover band, takes the stage at the Penn Museum for the weekly outdoor summer concert series. Philadelphia’s Magic Garden’s August Garden Sips: Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens hosts an evening soiree complete with crafts, drinks, music and tours of the impressive attraction for its August Garden Sips event. From 6 to 9 p.m., channel the creativity of Isaiah Zagar, the garden’s creator, and make gimp keychains, magnets and more at art tables. Note, it’s the last Garden Sips of the year, so be sure to check it out. Admission is $5 and drinks are $3 each. A $15 entry fee gets you into the party and unlimited drinks.

Quince Productions GayFest! 2014: Now in its fourth year, GayFest! brings a slew of LGBT theater to Center City.
